Another Season All Over

The 2008/09 Cricket Season is now officially over. All of the finals have been played and won, with Ulladulla getting just one representative, the Third Grade Side.

The Darren Smith Captained team managed to make both of the finals for their grade this season. First of all it was the one day final against Ex-Servos Gold, which they lost. They also made the final of the comp against North Nowra Cambewarra, and after having a slender lead of 37 runs on the first innings, eventually went down by five wickets.

Congratulations to Darren and the boys for making it, maybe next year.

The presentation has been set down for Saturday May 2nd at The Commercial Hotel. It will be a sit down dinner starting at 6:30pm. Cost is $25 per head or $40 for a couple which includes the meal and entertainment. Invitations will be going out by email next week...or post if you don't have email.
